In order to create a harmonious and functional space for this 4000 square foot Airbnb in Lauderdale Isles, my primary goal was to accommodate a large number of guests while maintaining an air of luxury. One of the main challenges of this project was unifying the different layers of the house into a more cohesive one. To achieve this, I focused on creating a seamless flow throughout the space. I corrected the layout of the living room area to provide a better flow, which can now accommodate many people with its two sofas and two armchairs. This redesign allows guests to move around freely while enjoying each other's company. Another important feature of this property is the kitchen. I created a spacious kitchen that can accommodate a big party of guests at once, ensuring that everyone can gather together and enjoy a meal in comfort. One of the unique aspects of this property is the kid's bedroom, which I designed with a space theme to provide a unique experience for young guests. The room features unique furniture, including a tent shape bed and an interactive starry ceiling that creates a sense of wonder and excitement. I am confident that this property will be a sought-after destination for guests looking for a luxurious and memorable Airbnb experience.
