This luxury apartment in the vibrant Las Olas neighborhood was a collaborative effort with designer Michal Shaish, transforming an outdated space into a cool, sexy haven tailored to the client’s vibrant lifestyle. The client sought a home that could double as a stylish retreat and the ultimate setting for parties and gatherings with friends. The result? A stunning apartment where design meets ambiance, every corner radiating the perfect "vibe." The heart of the apartment—the living area—was reimagined to exude sophistication and comfort, with carefully curated furniture and a layout that invites both relaxation and celebration. Lighting played a central role in this design. Thoughtfully placed ambient and accent lights were chosen to create a dynamic atmosphere, effortlessly transitioning from cozy evenings to high-energy gatherings. In the bedroom, the client’s request for mirrors was elevated into a bold design statement. Adjustable gold pendant lights double as mirrors, blending functionality with artistic allure. This creates a captivating focal point while enhancing the room’s luxurious and sensual appeal. The kitchen, with its sleek dark anthracite cabinetry and contemporary finishes, anchors the apartment with understated elegance. Every element was selected to maintain a seamless, modern aesthetic while ensuring practicality for hosting and entertaining. The outdoor space brings the project’s story full circle. Inspired by the tranquil yet lively ambiance of Tulum, the balcony features lush greenery and earthy textures, creating a tropical escape.
