In collaboration with designer Michal Shaish, this luxury apartment was transformed from an outdated space into a bold retreat tailored to the client’s dynamic lifestyle. The goal was clear: create a home that feels like both a private sanctuary and an effortless space for entertaining.

The living area was redesigned with curated furniture and a layout that shifts easily from relaxation to celebration. Lighting played a central role – layered ambient and accent lights set the mood, whether for quiet evenings or lively gatherings. In the master suite, mirrors were reimagined as adjustable gold pendant lights, adding both functionality and a striking design statement. Dark glass and rich finishes heighten the sensual, masculine atmosphere the client envisioned.

The kitchen anchors the home with anthracite cabinets and sleek, modern finishes, while the balcony takes inspiration from Tulum – greenery, earthy textures, and contemporary furnishings create a tropical escape perfect for hosting under the stars.

The result is a space that reflects personality and energy – luxurious, moody, and designed for living as much as for entertaining.
