Designing this studio apartment in Miami Beach was a true pleasure. The space belongs to a well-known actress who wanted a relaxing beach house vibe for her visits from New York. The challenge was to make the apartment feel like a getaway, while also maximizing every inch. A custom Murphy bed was the key—built into the wall and easily tucked away, it allows the space to shift from bedroom to living area with ease. We also designed a hidden home office behind floor-to-ceiling mirrors, adding both functionality and a sense of spaciousness by reflecting natural light. To add personality, we included portraits of the actress throughout the space, creating a home that feels intimate and uniquely hers. Using layered neutrals, textured fabrics, and natural accessories, the design blends Boho chic with Miami style, offering a space that’s both stylish and functional—a true beachside retreat in every sense.
