My Role:
I stepped in to clarify the vision, create detailed renderings, and manage the renovation from start to finish. I worked closely with his general contractor to ensure every detail aligned with the edgy, luxurious concept we defined together.
The Result:
The once-outdated condo is now a sleek, statement-making bachelor retreat, anchored by a moody master suite with smoky glass, golden mirrors, and rich textures. Every inch of the space reflects Jerry’s personality — confident, stylish, and unforgettable.
