Interior Designer in Miami Beach

Both of my Miami Beach area projects were for clients who live in New York and use their Florida place as an escape. That’s the usual story out here: a condo you love being in, and never enough time to finish it.

A North Surfside retreat

For a New York client, I designed a North Surfside apartment that had to feel roomy, comfortable, and easy to keep up between visits. A neutral base, darker accents and warm wood for depth, and durable furniture that works for a quiet night alone or a few friends over. See the project

What a beach condo needs

  • Furniture that holds up to sand, sunscreen, and wet swimsuits
  • Small footprints planned so a studio or one-bedroom can still host
  • Finishes that stay good-looking when nobody’s there for weeks
  • Coastal without the clichés: no anchors, no seashell lamps

A studio that does everything

In Miami Beach proper, I fit a full home into a studio for an actress visiting from New York: a built-in Murphy bed, an office behind mirrored doors, and her portraits on the walls so it felt like hers. See the project

Designed from New York

Both of these were designed mostly while the owners were up north. Presentations over video, clear selections, regular updates. More on how that works on my second home page.
